Who owns the domain?
The customer owns their domain. AppMyBiz does not claim ownership of the domain, business content, branding, photos, or customer data.
Who owns the website code?
After the website is built, the customer may request the project code for their website. The customer owns their domain, business content, branding, photos, and customer data. Third party libraries and reusable AppMyBiz components remain subject to their own licenses and ownership terms.
What counts as the included monthly change?
One minor content update to an existing page requiring no more than 15 minutes. Examples include updating business hours, replacing one image, editing an existing paragraph, updating a phone number, or changing one existing price or service. Unused changes do not roll over.
What happens if a payment is late?
Payments are processed on the scheduled due date. If an account remains overdue after a seven day grace period and written notice, AppMyBiz may temporarily suspend hosting until the outstanding balance is paid.
Can a website be moved to another host?
Hosting and transfer terms depend on the agreement. If moving hosts matters to the project, AppMyBiz will define that clearly before work begins.
Are backend and POS integrations included?
No. Backends, databases, ecommerce, customer accounts, booking systems, POS integrations, Toast, Square, Clover, Stripe, and other larger integrations require a custom proposal.
Does every website include SEO?
Every starter website includes basic technical SEO. Premium Website includes a stronger SEO setup for more complex sites. SEO Care is available at $39/month. Expanded local search campaigns, larger content strategies, backlinks, dashboards, and specialist SEO work require a custom proposal or separate ongoing agreement.
What does the free consultation include?
It is a 30 minute introductory fit conversation to understand your goals, answer initial questions, and recommend the right next step. It does not include a complete specification, prototype, design, or App Blueprint.

Yes. Custom mobile apps can be added later and are scoped through a written proposal. Premium Website customers receive 25% off a qualifying bundled custom mobile app project.
