It's a 30-minute conversation. We ask about your business, your goals, and what's not working right now. By the end, you'll have a clear picture of what we'd recommend and roughly what it would cost.
03Is the consultation really free?
Yes. No pitch, no obligation. We want to make sure we're a good fit before either of us commits.
04How long does a typical project take?
Websites usually take 2 to 4 weeks. Mobile apps take 4 to 8 weeks depending on complexity. Most AI automation setups are done in 2 to 3 weeks.
05How much does a website cost?
Our Starter is $499 setup plus $39 per month for hosting and care. The Professional is $799 setup plus $49 per month. Custom projects are scoped individually with a written proposal.
06Can I start with a deposit?
Yes. Eligible fixed-price projects can start with a deposit after the written scope is confirmed. The remaining balance is due before launch, handoff, or delivery unless the proposal says otherwise.
07How do payments work?
Payments are handled through Stripe-hosted checkout, so customers can pay securely and receive a receipt. We do not ask customers to send card numbers through email, text, or chat.
08What's included in the monthly fee?
Hosting, SSL, daily backups, uptime monitoring, security updates, and one minor content change per month. Think of it as keeping the lights on so your site stays fast, secure, and up to date.
09Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. Monthly maintenance plans start at $39 per month. We also offer ongoing SEO and continued support for apps and automations.
10Do I need to understand technology to work with you?
No. We explain everything in plain terms. You'll know what we're building, why we're building it, and what to expect at each step.
11Who owns the website after it's built?
Your domain, your content, your photos, and your customer data are yours. After your site is built, you can request the project code. We don't hold anything hostage.
