Every plan covers hosting administration, SSL, backups, uptime monitoring, routine security and dependency updates, fixes for defects in the website we originally built, and one minor content update each month. Professional adds support for approved professional website scope.
It is one minor update to an existing page that takes no more than 15 minutes, like changing your hours, swapping one image, editing a paragraph, updating a phone number, or changing one existing price or service. Unused changes do not roll over to the next month.
Maintenance does not cover unlimited changes, new pages or features, redesigns, third party subscription fees, major migrations, or 24/7 emergency support. Work beyond the included monthly change is billed at $95 an hour or under a separate fixed quote.
Payments are processed on the scheduled due date. If an account stays overdue after a seven day grace period and written notice, AppMyBiz may temporarily suspend hosting until the balance is paid.
