AppMyBiz provides website design, mobile app development, AI automation, SEO, and digital consulting services. The complimentary consultation is an initial conversation only. No ongoing engagement is implied until a written proposal is agreed.
3. Booking & Cancellations

- Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel
- We confirm requested times by email; a requested time is not guaranteed until confirmed
- We reserve the right to decline requests that are not a good fit
4. Quotes & Payment
Project pricing is provided in a written quote or proposal after your consultation. Setup fees, monthly fees, deposits, remaining balances, and any third-party costs (such as platform, hosting, or developer-account fees) are described in that proposal before work begins. Card payments are processed through Stripe-hosted checkout; please do not send card details by email, text, or chat.
5. Deposits & Project Kickoff
For eligible fixed-price projects, a deposit may be used to reserve kickoff time and begin project preparation after the written scope is confirmed. Unless the written proposal says otherwise, remaining balances are due before launch, handoff, or delivery. Deposits may be non-refundable once AppMyBiz has reserved time, started work, or incurred project costs.
6. Confidentiality
Information shared during your consultation is treated as confidential. We will not disclose specific details of your business without permission.
7. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as search rankings, traffic, or revenue. Results depend on many factors, including execution, market conditions, and effort.
8. Ownership
Your domain, content, photos, and customer data are yours. After your site is built and any agreed fees are paid, you may request the project code. Pre-existing tools and frameworks we reuse remain ours.
9. Intellectual Property
Content on this website, including text and design, is the property of AppMyBiz and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppMyBiz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our services.
