Dental & Medical Practices

A fast, trustworthy site with online booking, reviews, and click-to-call so patients find you, trust you, and book the next appointment.

Why it matters

What a strong website does for dental & medical practices

For a dental or medical practice, your website is the new front desk. Patients almost always look you up before they ever call — they read your reviews, scan your services, check whether they can book online, and decide in seconds whether you look established and easy to deal with. A slow, dated, or hard-to-book site quietly sends those patients to the practice down the road that looks more modern.

The cost of a weak online presence isn't abstract. Every patient who can't find your hours, can't book after office hours, or bounces off a page that won't load on their phone is a chair that sits empty and a lifetime of recurring visits that goes to a competitor. A clear, mobile-first site that makes booking and contacting you effortless turns more of that high-intent search traffic into scheduled appointments.

FAQ

Common questions

How much does a website for my practice cost?

Our Starter plan is $249 up front plus $39/month, which covers a professional, mobile-first practice site with the essentials — services, contact, click-to-call, and reviews. If you want online booking, digital intake forms, and a more built-out site, the Premium plan is $500 up front plus $49/month. Pricing is flat and transparent, with no surprise add-ons.

Can patients book appointments directly through the site?

Yes. On the Premium plan we set up online booking so patients can self-schedule 24/7 — including evenings and weekends when your front desk is closed. That captures appointments you'd otherwise miss and cuts down on phone tag.

Will it work on phones? Most of my patients search on their phone.

Every site we build is mobile-first and tested on phones, because that's where the majority of patients find and contact a practice. Fast load times and easy tap-to-call and tap-to-book are built in from the start.

Can you help us get more and better online reviews?

We build a reviews section into your site so your existing Google and patient reviews are front and center, and we can make it simple for happy patients to leave one. We don't promise a specific number — reviews depend on your patients — but we make sure the ones you earn are working for you where new patients will see them.

What about patient privacy and intake forms?

We set up secure contact and appointment-request flows, and on Premium we can add digital new-patient and intake forms that patients fill out before they arrive. We'll talk through your privacy needs and make sure submissions route safely to your team rather than sitting in an unsecured inbox.

How long does it take to launch?

Most practice sites go live in a couple of weeks once we have your content — services, hours, photos, and any booking or intake details. We handle the build and walk you through it; you don't need any technical know-how to keep it running.
